Heidi Cheng
Heidi graduated with Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Queensland University of Technology in 2016. After working in a clinic for 2 years she realised that people always neglect their foot health and it can greatly impact people’s everyday life. She further studied and obtained Bachelor of Podiatry from Queensland University of Technology in 2022, aiming to help people get back on their feet and enjoy the lifestyles that they love and to promote foot health.
“When my patient in a wheelchair came through the door, sitting on the treatment chair become such a complicated task that sometimes it’s just not happening. This is the first time I see in real life how much our foot health can change our everyday life, and unfortunately most people always neglect their feet until something went wrong. Regularly foot check is the key to promote lower limb health, hence to maintain the quality of life, and this is something I want to be part of.”
