The Secret to Fixing Low Back Pain in 30 minutes

Revealing the mystery behind low back pain

Are you sick and tired of letting low back pain stop you from enjoying the activities you’re passionate about? You are likely not the only one. According to the University of South Australia, 80% of Australians will encounter low back pain at some stage. Such a prevalent condition is still very commonly mistreated nowadays. If you see a doctor, you will be prescribed medication, injections or surgery. If you have seen another physiotherapist and are reading this, it is likely that the treatment effects were short-lived or ineffective.

At Pain Free Physio, we’ve had hundreds of people walk through our doors with different severity of low back pain ranging from 9/10 acute low back pain from casually bending to chronic low back pain of 10+ years.

In this book you’ll learn the underlying cause for 90% of low back pain conditions that we’ve seen and in these cases, it has nothing to do with the low back.

It is through this unique style of treatment that allowed us to improve the range and pain of the gentleman on the front cover by 80% in 30 minutes.
