Ms. Zoe Or
‘If you have health, you have hope; and if you have hope, you have everything.’
Zoe is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist who has a special interest in managing neck and back pain conditions and overuse injuries. Zoe speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Growing up in a family full of healthcare workers, Zoe is caught into the healthcare field with her passion to help people in need within the communities. As her family members go through inevitable health issues involving heavy medications, restricted lifestyle and even surgeries, she struggles to just look on passively. She understands that pain medication can only provide short-term relief of symptoms and surgeries always have potential risks and complications. Thus, her passion has risen towards musculoskeletal physiotherapy striving to provide natural alternatives to people who might be facing such life-changing decisions.
Zoe has experience in providing care to people from different age groups, including the elderly and children. Using a holistic approach with a combination of manual therapy and individualised home exercise program, she helps her clients to get back to what they enjoy doing. Seeing a smile on client’s face is Zoe’s biggest reward from being a physiotherapist.
